A Cadiz man was arrested by police Monday afternoon after they received a call of a man urinating in the parking lot of a business.
Police say they were called to Main Street Liquors around 2:30 after the owner said he was nearly struck by a vehicle driven by 65-year-old Michael L. Finch. The business owner said he told Finch there were no public restrooms at the business so he urinated in the parking lot. Finch left the scene and was stopped by a Trigg County Sheriff’s deputy on Lakota Drive.
Finch was charged with careless driving, operating on a suspended license, and possession of an open alcoholic container in a moving vehicle.
