Caldwell County has reported two new coronavirus cases.
Judge-Executive Larry Curling confirmed Wednesday afternoon the county’s 141st and 142nd cases since the first case was announced on March 31st. He added the cases involve a 13-year-old female and a 45-year-old male who are both isolated at home.
The two new cases join four announced Tuesday and nine announced Monday and follow 32 cases announced last week.
The Pennyrile District Health Department is expected to release updated active case numbers and recoveries within the five county district Friday.
