The Trigg County Chamber of Commerce will host a Shred Day this Saturday.
Chamber President Ashley Johnson tells the News Edge they will be set up in the Trigg County Farm Bureau parking lot from 9:00 a.m. to noon. She adds the free event is open to everyone whether they have personal papers or things from their small businesses.
Items that can be shredded include paper (must be dry), staples, binder clips, paper clips, file folders, and hanging file folders. There are a variety of items that can not be shredded, that list can be found in this story on our websites.
Any individual bringing items can only bring up to 10 bank boxes full.
