Todd County’s number of COVID-19 cases has now doubled in August with four new cases reported by the health department Wednesday.
Jen Harris with the health department said none of the four new cases involve hospitalization but are connected. She said five of the 29 active cases are hospitalized with 24 healing at home.
Todd County had 66 cases of COVID-19 prior to August 1. Wednesday’s cases give the county 66 in August alone and 132 overall.
