A Hopkinsville woman was injured in a wreck on Pembroke Road at the intersection of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Way Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 24-year-old Stephane Watson, of Hopkinsville, was northbound on Pembroke Road when his car collided with a truck driven by 24-year-old Damon McKinney, of Hopkinsville. McKinney was reportedly westbound on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Way attempting to turn onto Pembroke Road when the crash happened.
Police say witnesses told them that McKinney had a green light at the intersection.
A passenger in Watson’s car 23-year-old Jalonna Grubbs was taken by private vehicle to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for injuries.
The crash happened just before 5 p.m.
