Caldwell County is reporting two new positive cases of the coronavirus.
Judge-Executive Larry Curling confirmed Friday afternoon the county’s 62nd and 63rd cases since the pandemic began in mid-March. He added the cases involve a 20-year-old male and 71-year-old male who are both isolated at home.
According to the Pennyrile District Health Department Caldwell’s active case, total now sits at 8 and includes both cases reported Friday. No cases are currently hospitalized. Caldwell’s remaining 55 cases have recovered.
