Dates have been set for next week for Chromebook pick up for students of Trigg County Primary and Intermediate schools.
Community Education Coordinator Sarah Elliott says parents and guardians will be able to pick up devices at the primary school on Thursday afternoon, August 27 from 2:00 until 6:00. She adds those picking up computers will need to come through the car drop off lane at the front entrance of the school.
In addition, parents and guardians with students attending the intermediate school can pick up devices Wednesday, August 26 from noon to 6:00. Elliott says an additional pick up time Friday morning, August 28 from 8:00 to 11:00 will be available. As with the other pick up, those getting computers will travel through the car drop off lane in front of the primary school.
Those who are picking up the devices will need to sign forms and pay for insurance if they want it. Elliott says if a parent or guardian does not pay for insurance, they will be responsible for the cost of any damage to the devices they are borrowing.
