He added the steakhouse will also offer a more intimate setting as well as tables for a larger group or even family because patrons do not have to be 21-years old to enter the restaurant.

In addition to the steakhouse, Londo said the other two primary quick-serve dining outlets will be Sgt. Pepper’s Po’ Boys and Burgers and Lucky Lime Tex Mex.

He added you must be 21-years old to enter both of these outlets, which will also offer salads, soups, and other foods to cover the day and evening hours and not just dinner options.

Londo said the fourth option will be O’Dark Thirty Coffee House, which will be located near the Welcome Center desk in the lobby. He says the coffee house will also offer entertainment.

The meet will resume on Wednesday, October 14th and Thursday, October 15th, and then continue on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from October 19th through November 11th.

The 128-room hotel and 30-slip RV Park are slated to open in early-to-mid October with completion dates for the Amphitheater and Equestrian Center expected by November.
