A Hopkinsville man was charged after police say he broke into a business on East 25th Street Friday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 50-year-old Kyle Wallace used a baseball bat to break a window and get inside of Key Oil Company. After getting inside the business he reportedly went through drawers looking for items to take.
Wallace was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.
