An employee at Hopkinsville High School has tested positive for COVID-19.
Christian County Public Schools’ spokesman John Rittenhouse says the district was informed the HHS employee had recently been in contact with someone with COVID-19. He adds following the guidelines from the Christian County Health Department the employee was quarantined at home and has since tested positive for the virus. He says the employee will not return to Hopkinsville High School until released from quarantine by the health department.
