Christian County Reporting Three Fewer Active COVID-19 Cases

Five new COVID-19 cases were confirmed by the Christian County Health Department Friday.

Spokeswoman Amanda Sweeney says the county is now reporting 618 total cases. She adds there are 163 active cases, down 3 from Thursday. Of the active cases, 79 are between the age of 22 and 59, 41 between the age of 60 and 84, and 37 cases in those 21 and younger. Six people over the age of 85 are among the active cases, as well.

Sweeney adds there are 448 recovered cases and 7 COVID-19-related deaths as of Friday.
