A graveside service for 85-year old Edna Waggoner of Elkton will be private.
Todd County Funeral Home in Elkton is in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by one son Richard Waggoner of Clarksville, Tennessee; one brother Charles Rager (Marietta) of Missouri; one sister Imodean Rust of Missouri; special friends Mitch and Cherie Morris of Elkton and Brandi Higgins of Elkton as well as several nieces and nephews.
