Hopkinsville Police Charge Sleeping Man With Meth Possession

A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs after he was found sleeping in a vehicle Tuesday morning.

Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the Circle K on Russellville Road for a report of a man passed out in a vehicle just before 6 am. When police arrived they reportedly found 57-year-old Joseph Sisk sleeping inside the vehicle with a bag of meth on his leg.

He was arrested and charged with possession of meth.
