A woman was taken to the hospital after a wreck on North Drive in Hopkinsville Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say an SUV was exiting Taco Bell onto North Drive and pulled into the path of a northbound truck.
Police say the driver of the SUV was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center with possible head and arm injuries.
The crash happened just before 2 pm.
