Trigg Schools Conducting Family Survey for Reopening Input

Trigg County Public Schools is conducting a survey to ask parents how they would like students to return back to school following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Assistant Superintendent Beth Sumner told board members last week their focus is on providing an environment that is safe and healthy for students, staff, and the community. She adds they would like every household to complete a short survey to help them plan for the 2020-2021 school year.

One question on the survey asks how many children are in your household that will be returning to the district.

Trigg County Public Schools will continue to receive guidance from the Kentucky Department of Education and local and state health officials and will base all decisions regarding school on the best and most recent information.

The survey can be accessed at trigg.kyschools.us. The last day to complete the survey is Friday.
