Two New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed In Trigg County Tuesday

The Pennyrile District Health Department reported two new positive COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Trigg County Tuesday.

Josh Ramage, spokesman with the health department, says the new cases include a 38-year old male and a 42-year old female, neither of which is hospitalized.

On Monday, Ramage reported the county’s 12th case is a 66-year old female, who is hospitalized — the first COVID-19 case in the county that has required hospitalization.

The two new positive coronavirus confirmations announced Tuesday increases the total number of cases to 14 in Trigg County since the outbreak began in mid-March.
