Capitol Cinemas in Princeton Reopening to Public Friday

Capitol Cinemas in Princeton is finally reopening to the public and has a good selection of classic and newly released films for every type of movie lover.

Owner Heidi Boyd says all three cinemas will reopen beginning Friday, June 5th with showtimes at 3:30 and 6:30PM. She adds they will be showing the classic triller film Jaws, classic action/adventure film The Goonies, and newly released family film Trolls World Tour through Thursday, June 11th.

Boyd states she wants each film to have a chance in Cinema 1 so the films will rotate throughout the week with The Goonies starting off in Cinema 1 on Friday, Jaws on Saturday, and Trolls on Sunday. The Goonies will then return to Cinema 1 for Monday and Tuesday while Jaws will return on Wednesday and Thursday.

Boyd does note they will be sticking to 33% capacity for each cinema.

She also explains that concessions will be a bit different in order to keep contact at a minimum so they will not be refilling super buckets at this time.

Boyd adds they will still be offering their normal specials, including one that was well received during their Pop Up Popcorn Sale in April.

Because they will only be able to seat a limited amount of people concessions will continue to be sold during showtimes with both curbside service and walk up service at their side window available. Orders for curbside service can be placed by calling or texting 270-625-0076, however orders will not be fulfilled while the box office is open in order to wait on everyone in a timely manner.
