A car was hit in a shooting on East 18th Street Wednesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say just before 11 pm they were called to the intersection of East 18th Street and McKee Street for a report of shots fired.
When police arrived they reportedly found a car that was hit and seven shell casings in the area.
The driver of the car allegedly told police he ducked down in his car when the shooting started and was not injured.
No arrest has been made and no description of a suspect has been released.
