The Christian County Health Department reported five new active COVID-19 cases were confirmed Wednesday.
Spokeswoman Amanda Sweeney reports the total number of active cases is now at 25, the most since May 5th. The active cases include four under the age of 21, nineteen between 22 and 59 years of age, and two cases between 60 and 84 years of age.
As of Wednesday afternoon, health officials report a total of 131 coronavirus cases in Christian County since the outbreak began and 103 recoveries.
