A Hopkinsville man was reportedly found passed out on an Irish Circle porch after police were called to check his welfare Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 26-year-old Jerry Butler was found passed out on his mother’s porch and after being woken up by police he was shaky and having a hard time standing up.
After a search of his belongings police reportedly found one full and three broken Suboxone pills in his wallet.
He is charged with public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.
