Clarksville Man Charged After Fleeing From Police In Hopkinsville

A Clarksville man was charged with possession of drugs and fleeing from police after a traffic stop on North Drive at the intersection of West 2nd Street Wednesday morning.

Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Kenneth Morris of Hopkinsville and found him to have warrants for failure to appear and probation violation.

During the stop, Morris’s passenger 48-year-old Christophe Foxworth reportedly got out of the vehicle and fled as police told him to stay in the vehicle.

Foxworth was located and police allegedly found synthetic drugs under the passenger seat of the vehicle. Foxworth is charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police and possession of synthetic drugs.
