The number of Christian County residents recovering from COVID-19 continues to increase at a rate much faster than announced new cases.
The Christian County Health Department reported Monday the total number of cases was at 83 or up 1 from Saturday. Of those, 40 people are considered active cases and 40 have fully recovered.
Over the last seven days, the number of cases has increased by 18%, while the number of recovered patients has increased by 38%.
