Deputies have released the name of a Hopkinsville man that was injured in a single-vehicle wreck on Pennyrile Parkway four miles north of exit 11 Friday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies say an SUV driven by 29-year-old Darrian George was northbound on Pennyrile Parkway when for an unknown reason the SUV ran off the road and into the median causing the vehicle to overturn.
George was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries and later charged with DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
