A woman was flown to a Nashville hospital after an accidental shooting on West 1st Street Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say the woman suffered a single gunshot wound to the head. The extent of the woman’s injuries remains unknown but she was reportedly able to talk with officers before she was taken to the hospital.
The shooting is believed to be accidental but is still being investigated.
