A Kuttawa woman was arrested in Caldwell County on various charges Tuesday night.
Caldwell County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Chris Noel states that a deputy observed a vehicle on Highway 62 with no tail lamps. He adds that upon initiating a traffic stop and conducting a further investigation the driver, 32-year-old Amanda Kennedy was found to allegedly be in possession of a legend drug.
Kennedy was taken into custody and charged with illegal possession of a legend drug, operating on a suspended or revoked license, and various other traffic-related offenses. She was also served with a Lyon County district court warrant for failure to appear.
Kennedy was then lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
