VFW Post 7890 is now home to two statewide Teachers of the Year for 2020.
Karle Johnson, a member of the Cadiz chapter, tells the News Edge they are proud of the teachers who won this year.
He adds everyone should be proud of the amazing teachers at Trigg County Public Schools.
Johnson notes the community should also be very proud of recent winners in their student contests.
VFW Post 7890 is located at 37 Lafayette Street in Cadiz, the post meets monthly on the first Thursday each month beginning at 6:00 and hosts BINGO games every Monday night.
