A woman was taken to a Clarksville hospital after hitting a tow truck on Interstate 24 in Christian County Friday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies say as they were attempting to clear two non-injury wrecks on Interstate 24 at the Fort Campbell Boulevard overpass when a westbound car lost control and hit the back of a tow truck as a vehicle was being loaded.
The driver of the car whose name has not been released was cited for DUI and taken by ambulance to Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville for non-life-threatening injuries.
The tow truck driver for Riddle’s 24hr Towing was knocked over but was not injured in the crash.
