Kentucky New Era Welcomes Community To Their New Home

Hopkinsville’s oldest news source has a new home close to where they started it all.

During a ribbon-cutting held by the Christian County Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky New Era welcomed the community to check out their new office space on South Main Street.

Publisher Brandon Cox says they are excited to be located downtown again.

He notes the idea for the building layout came from McCoy and was presented to Cox about a week later.

Cox adds they have about 20 people that will work in the new office.

The Kentucky New Era was established in 1869 and is said to have outlasted a total of 45 different area newspapers since 1813.
