An artist with local ties stopped by the WKDZ Country Club Tuesday morning to perform his song “Arnold Shultz Blues”. Wayne Harper’s new album ‘Down Row’ can be purchased at the Janice Mason Art Museum in Cadiz, with some proceeds of each album sale being donated to the museum.
