A Hopkinsville man was arrested after he allegedly choked his mother at Oak Tree Villa Apartments Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 37-year-old Antonio Brody got into an argument with his mother then pushed her onto the bed and placed her in a chokehold.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree strangulation.
