A Hopkinsville man was charged after he reportedly broke into a Hopkinsville business and stole checks Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 27-year-old Daryl Hall broke into Car Outlet on Fort Campbell Boulevard Tuesday and took six checks and cashed two of them at local banks totaling over $7,000.
Hall was arrested by police on North Drive and reportedly found with meth and a syringe on him.
During the arrest Hall allegedly told police he had used meth an hour prior to the arrest. He is charged with possession of meth, second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, and public intoxication.
