State Representative Walker Thomas says he is working on a bill for the General Assembly session that will make it easier for those who provide special services to transfer their licenses.
Thomas says the bill deals with the transferability of compacts.
Thomas says he will also chair an important committee in the Kentucky House in 2020.
Thomas represents Trigg and Christian Counties in the Kentucky Legislature.
