A Princeton man is facing theft charges after he was arrested on New Year’s Day.
Caldwell County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Chris Noel reports that a deputy received a tip from a Lyon County Sheriff’s Deputy in regards to a possible stolen golf cart just after ten Wednesday night. He adds that upon the deputy’s arrival at the scene, and further investigation, the deputy arrested 50-year-old Johnathan Milstead.
Milstead was charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000 and receiving stolen property over $10,000 or more and was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
