Police have released the name of a man that was injured in a shooting on High Street Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say around 5:15 21-year-old Deonte Taylor of Hopkinsville showed up at Jennie Stuart Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the leg. He told police he was shot by a juvenile on High Street.
The shooting reportedly happened outside of an apartment. No shell casings were located and no one reported hearing shots fired.
Police do not believe the injuries are life-threatening and have not released a detailed description of the suspect.
