Police: Woman Assaulted While Holding Child In Hopkinsville

A Hopkinsville woman was charged with wanton endangerment and burglary after an altercation on Hermitage Drive Monday morning.

Hopkinsville Police say 18-year-old Telaisha Hollowell entered a Hermitage Drive home and hit a woman in the head that was holding a 3-year-old child.

Hollowell reportedly admitted to the police she entered the home to get her dog from her child’s father but said she didn’t hit the woman.

Hollowell was allegedly made to leave by her child’s father who dragged her out of the house.

She is charged with first-degree burglary and second-degree wanton endangerment.
