A reception to honor two Trigg County veterinarians who are retiring will be held Saturday afternoon.
Dr. Sheila Phillips, with the Trigg County Veterinary Clinic, says everyone is invited to attend the reception for Dr. Sam and Lynn Cofield.
Dr. Phillips adds both have owned the veterinary clinic for over 35 years.
She notes the clinic on Roger Thomas Road will continue under normal operation.
The retirement reception will be held at the Trigg County Extension Office from 2:00 until 4:00 PM and will be a casual come-and-go event, with light refreshments offered.
