Graveside services for 60-year old Terry Lynn “Pickle” Cook of Hopkinsville will be Wednesday, December 4, at noon at Riverside Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday afternoon, December 3, from 4:00 until 7:00 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home in Hopkinsville.

Wife of 40 years: Nina Cook
2 Sons & Daughters-in-law: Terry Lynn & Lee Ann Cook, Jr. of Christian County, and Stormy Roy Daniel and Bridget Cook of Lacy
Brother: Larry Cook of Hopkinsville
Sisters: Donna Parker and Linda Baucum, both of Hopkinsville
