Man Charged In Connection With Clarksville Deadly Home Invasion

Clarksville Police have arrested and charged one man and are still looking for a second in connection with a home invasion that left two men dead Friday night.

Public Information Officer Jim Knoll says 34-year-old George Nothington has been located and charged with criminal homicide in the death of 33-year-old Deontrea Milligan, who was a resident of the home. Police are still looking for 34-year-old Richard Woodson who may have information about the home invasion.

Knoll said the invasion occurred around 11:45 when two men entered a home in the 1000 block of Dandelion Drive. Knoll adds the men entered the home through an unlocked door, with multiple adults and two children inside.

An altercation reportedly took place with the intruders and shots were fired.  The shooting resulted in the death of one of the possible intruders 37-year-old Nicoli Jefferies, who was wearing a mask, and Milligan.

Woodson reportedly has three aggravated assault warrants on file, unrelated to the homicide.
