A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital after hitting a deer on South Road Sunday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff’s Deputy Danielle Adams said the motorcyclist whose name has not been released was northbound when he hit a deer causing him to lose control of his motorcycle.
The man was taken by ambulance to Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville with non-life-threatening injuries.
