Aaron McNeil House in Hopkinsville is promoting their mission of fueling the well-being of families in the community via crisis relief, a food pantry, and adult education programs.
Administrative Assistant Tamara Watts, the featured speaker of Thursday’s Kiwanis meeting, says the building’s honoree loved serving his community.
She notes the organization has a funding program for those in need of housing assistance.
Watts adds they also work to provide food for children in area schools through a backpack program.
Aaron McNeil House also has a commodity distribution program and they are always looking for volunteer organizations to assist in serving the community.
