A woman and children were injured in a hit-and-run crash on South Campbell Street Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police Officer Cory Smith said 27-year-old Corshica Boyd of Hopkinsville was on South Campbell Street when an SUV driven by 31-year-old Marketta Ivory of Pembroke turned onto South Campbell Street from East 18th Street and hit Boyd’s car.
Ivory left the scene but later contacted police about the crash.
Boyd and her passengers 11-year-old Jakiyah Oatts and 6-year-old Harmonee Dillard were taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center by ambulance for non-life-threatening injuries.
