The 13th annual Hopkinsville Community College Foundation Gala and Auction received a boost from Planters Bank Thursday.
According to the college, the bank donated $5,000 in underwriting support as they have for the past thirteen years. HCC Foundation Executive Director Yvette Eastham says they are extremely grateful for the support from Planters. The donation from the bank has been key to the success of the annual event, which will be held on Friday evening, November 1 at 5:30 at the James E. Bruce Convention Center.
The auction will feature tickets to University of Kentucky and University of Louisville basketball games, a Millionaire’s Row experience at Churchill Downs, a guitar signed by all the members of the Rolling Stones, and more.
