As the holiday season is nearly two months away a Hopkinsville based banking company has a unique way to help give back to the community.
Planter’s Bank is hosting their 6th annual Season of Giving, which allows customers and residents to purchase food products in Kentucky and support numerous organizations.
Fort Campbell Boulevard Branch Manager Kim Graham says this year’s program kicked off earlier this month.
Graham notes some of the products being sold are made locally.
Graham and South Main Street Branch Employee Matt Workman add there is another way to support the Season of Giving.
Also, the bank will donate $25 if someone opens a new checking or savings account at the branch of the week and mention the organization.
