Five veterans will leave for Washington, D.C. Tuesday as part of the next Honor Flight Bluegrass.

The community is welcome to be at the Cornell Memory Care Center Tuesday to help send off the veterans and Thursday when they return home.
According to Hale, the Korean Medallion ceremony scheduled for Friday has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. She is still taking applications and will announce the new date for the ceremony as soon as possible.
