Ten young women competed for the title of 2019 Miss Trigg County Thursday evening in the pageant sponsored by the TCHS Band Boosters.
Bethany Turner took home the crown, as well as the title of Miss Congeniality. She tells the News Edge she is thrilled to have won, and she cannot wait to represent Trigg County in the state pageant. Turner says the win helped her gain confidence in herself.
She adds her favorite part of the competition was the friends she made during the pageant.
Turner was sponsored by Job-Site Mechanical.
The 1st Runner-up was Lexi Oliver, Elizabeth Hiter was named 2nd Runner-up, Nicara Allen was awarded 3rd Runner-up, and Lilly P’Pool took home 4th Runner-up.
