Governor Matt Bevin says tax reform must happen in the Commonwealth to be more competitive with bordering states.
During a discussion Tuesday morning at the Hopkinsville Sportsplex, Bevin notes he understands why Tennessee’s population is over 2.5-million more than Kentucky.
Bevin adds they must fix all of the tax issues in one tax bill.
Some changes have already been made to the tax system.
