Deputies have released the name of a man that was injured in a single-vehicle wreck on Dawson Springs Road Friday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Mark Nichols said an SUV was northbound when the driver 30-year-old Jeremiah Collins of Dawson Springs swerved to miss a deer near the intersection of Kentucky 800.
The SUV ran off the road rolling multiple times before hitting a fence and coming to a rest after hitting a tree.
Collins was picked up by a family member but returned to the crash scene after deputies arrived.
Collins was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
