A Hopkinsville man was stopped for speeding on Pennyrile Parkway and found to have drugs Wednesday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies say 28-year-old Darryl Lewis was stopped going 95 mph in a 70 mph zone and found to have 283 doses of codeine, two scales and a long rifle in his vehicle.
He is charged with second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and speeding.
