A Hopkinsville woman was charged after she reported a burglary on East 21st Street Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 52-year-old Lori Sutterlin took someone else’s property then called the police to report a burglary after hiding the item.
She reportedly walked into the roadway when officers were talking with her and appear to be under the influence.
Sutterlin is charged with tampering with physical evidence, theft by unlawful taking, public intoxication, and falsely reporting.
