Construction Beginning Next Week On New Sisk Honda Dealership

The Sisk family, local officials, and community members gathered Thursday morning to celebrate the groundbreaking of Sisk Honda in Hopkinsville.

Christian County Judge-Executive Steve Tribble says he is appreciative of everything the Sisk family has done for the community.

Hopkinsville Mayor Carter Hendricks adds groundbreaking events like this one are extra special.

Mark Lindsey, Executive Director of the South West Kentucky Economic Development Council notes it’s an honor to be a part of the groundbreaking, as they typically work with industry recruitment.

Taylor Hayes, 2030 Christian County Community Vision Coordinator adds the Sisk family are true visionaries.

Sisk Auto Mall President Wilson Sisk says construction on the new dealership will begin Monday.

He adds the dealership will bring in an additional $900,000 in payroll revenue in a year.

Sisk tells the News Edge construction is expected to take about ten months on the building that will be located at 4701 Fort Campbell Boulevard.
